Whitney Vaudrin

Child Development Specialist

With over 22 years experience working with children and families, I have dedicated my career to supporting children's growth, development, and well-being. My experience spans a wide range of settings, including elementary schools, ABA programs, home daycares, and developmental programs within drug rehabilitation centers. I hold a degree in Early Childhood Development and have spent my career helping children of all abilities to learn , grow, and thrive in nurturing environments. Beyond my professional experience, I am also a proud mom of four children, two of whom are on the autism spectrum. The personal journey has given me an even deeper understanding of the importance of patience, flexibility, advocacy, and meeting each child where they are.

Today, I am both a licensed daycare owner and a certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant, combining my professional knowledge with real-life parenting experience to support families in meaningful ways. I am passionate about creating play-based environments where children feel safe, loved, and inspired to explore the world around them. Whether I am caring for children in my daycare or helping families build healthy sleep habits, my goal is always to provide compassionate, individualized support that empowers both children and the people who love them.

Our Approach

I believe children learn best through play, meaningful relationships, and hands-on experiences. My program is inspired by the Reggio-Emilia approach, where children's natural curiosity guides learning and every child is respected as a capable, unique individual. Rather than relying on worksheets or rigid schedules, I create an environment that encourages exploration, creativity, problem-solving, and independence while following each child's developmental needs and interests.

I strive to create a warm, loving space where children feel safe, valued, and confident enough to take risks, ask questions, and grow at their own pace. Strong partnerships with families are at the heart of my program, and I believe consistency, communication, and mutual trust help children thrive. Whether supporting early learning, emotional development, or healthy sleep habits, my goal is to nurture the whole child and provide families with a place where they feel supported every step of the way.
